Dog Policy:
- 2 dogs max without host approval. No aggressive breeds or other types of pets allowed.
- Please keep dogs off all furniture and beds.
- Dogs must never be left unattended on the property.
- Always clean up after your pet, both inside and out.
- No excessive barking.
- Keep dogs on leash when outside the private yard.
- A small pet fee is charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning; however, this fee is not meant to cover any damage caused by guests' dogs.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM, in line with local ordinances.

The home is located right in the heart of Guerneville, just a short walk to Johnson Beach, local restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and river access. The area is known for its laid-back charm, stunning natural scenery, and welcoming community.

Most in-town destinations are within walking distance. For exploring Armstrong Woods, nearby wineries, breweries, and the coast, having a car is recommended. Parking is available only in the designated on-site area.
