The location was great, and the host was communicative and responsive. Unfortunately, the home itself needs some attention and a thorough deep cleaning. With better upkeep and some TLC, it could offer a much better guest experience.

“We had an awesome 2-night stay in Guerneville. The home was very clean, well-prepared, and matched the listing perfectly. The Hot tub
setup was a highlight for us it would be much perfect if place has set up for grilling but overall perfect for relaxing nights. The area was quiet but still close to everything. Host communication was smooth the whole time. Highly recommend!”Definitely coming back.
This place is clutch
This place is clutch! Less than a block away from Safeway, less than a block away from Johnson’s beach, and a block away from Main Street. The house is very spacious and open. We will definitely be back.
Excellent property that covers all your needs for a downtown Guerneville stay
Excellent property that covers all your needs for a downtown Guerneville stay. Convenient river access a block away, and everything else is walking distance within a few blocks. Everything in the house really covers all your needs for a short term rental. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, nice kitchen and it was a perfect spot for our family to regroup before jumping off to a north coast camping trip. Thanks to the hosts, very communicative and they provide lots of info and options thru their portal.

Our party of 6 had a great time at this house
Our party of 6 had a great time at this house. We had plenty of room and really enjoyed having our dog with us. The location is across the street from the river and one block from the main street with lots of restaurants and a great ice cream shop. Everything was nice and clean and we enjoyed cooking and hanging out in the evening. The hot tub was great for relaxing after dinner. Jordan and Jennifer were super responsive.

a group of eight of us stayed at this adorable property for women's weekend
a group of eight of us stayed at this adorable property for women's weekend. this Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more. The location is absolutely perfect! Central to everything. The hosts are incredibly responsive. the house is well stocked with dishes for everyone cooking utensils and the random seasonings that you inevitably forget when traveling. more than enough towels to accommodate multiple dips in the hot tub for everyone.
Check in and check out was super straightforward. The hosts were also super accommodating when one of us forgot something and needed to go back the next day to retrieve it. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend and looking forward to booking with them again next year
The house itself was large, clean, and well maintained, and its in a great walkable location
The house itself was large, clean, and well maintained, and its in a great walkable location. That said, the exterior of the home was less well maintained. For instance there was an old mattress abandoned in the yard, there were lots of leaves that were not cleaned up, and the hot tub had a green residue and an off smell. I ended up cleaning it myself and adding a bromene tablet to the water to make it usable. The taqueria down the street played really loud mexican polka music until 1 am. The noise did not bother me (its a trade off since we can walk everywhere) but the other guests had a hard time with the unexpected noise that we assumed would end at 10pm. All in all, its a beautiful house in a great location that just needs a little love in the yard and hot tub.
Great location, extremely close to the grocery store, local bars, and good food options
Great location, extremely close to the grocery store, local bars, and good food options. Jordan and Jennifer‘s place was lovely and had a great amount of spaces for our dynamic group. Loved the hot tub and back porch.

The house was well stocked and in a fantastic location between the river and the main street, with a grocery store a few houses down. The kitchen seemed recently renovated and having access to laundry was a huge plus. There is plenty of natural light.. Overall a great house.
