Just off the living and dining area is the VIP, or Very Important Pup, Conservatory. This glassed-in sunroom is dedicated entirely to your furry family members, outfitted with easy-to-clean tile floors, two dog-friendly couches, a plush dog bed, food and water bowls, leashes, and assorted amenities. We are delighted to welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs. Please note that no other animals are allowed without specific host approval. Dogs should not be left alone at any time and they are not allowed on the furniture or beds. We do charge a small pet fee to cover the cost of additional cleaning; however, this fee is not meant to cover any damage caused by guests' dogs. In the event of any damage, a separate charge will be applied to cover the cost of repairing or replacing the affected items.

Please respect the quiet hours from 9:00 P.M to 7:00 A.M, especially when using outdoor areas. We ask that all guests keep the property tidy and be mindful of our lovely neighbors.
