The living room is designed for lounging, centered around an oversized curved couch and a television, making it the perfect spot to collapse after a day on the river. This space flows effortlessly into the formal dining room, where a table for six awaits long dinners and lively conversation.

The back of the house is dedicated to food and drink. The chef’s kitchen has been completely modernized with gleaming white quartz countertops, an open peninsula, and high-end appliances. Just off the kitchen is a sunroom with a breakfast bar, the ideal spot to sip your morning coffee while the sun warms the house.

The sleeping quarters are designed with privacy and luxury in mind. The spacious Primary Suite is a true retreat; slide open the barn doors to reveal a stunning ensuite bathroom finished in Carrera marble, complete with a walk-in closet.

The two additional bedrooms are perfect for family or friends, sharing a large "Jack and Jill" bathroom equipped with a double vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. There is also an additional half-bath for convenience.

While the front porch offers a front-row seat to the neighborhood, the backyard is your private sanctuary. We have landscaped the space to be an extension of the home, featuring a sun-drenched patio and dining area for alfresco meals. The crown jewel of the yard is the private, 6-person Dimension One hot tub. Whether you are soaking under the stars or lounging on the deck, this is the place to reset.

Dog Policy:
- 2 dogs max without host approval. No aggressive breeds or other types of pets allowed.
- Please keep dogs off all furniture and beds.
- Dogs must never be left unattended on the property.
- Always clean up after your pet, both inside and out.
- No excessive barking.
- Keep dogs on leash when outside the private yard.
- A small pet fee is charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning; however, this fee is not meant to cover any damage caused by guests' dogs.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM, in line with local ordinances.

The home is located right in the heart of Guerneville, just a short walk to Johnson Beach, local restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and river access. The area is known for its laid-back charm, stunning natural scenery, and welcoming community.

Most in-town destinations are within walking distance. For exploring Armstrong Woods, nearby wineries, breweries, and the coast, having a car is recommended. Parking is available only in the designated on-site area.
