Great location walkable to downtown Graton and several nice restaurants and wineries. Great base for a Sonoma bike trip around Forestville. There are many beautiful bike-only trails nearby. Fun, active weekend escape from the Bay Area. Jordan and Jennifer are very accommodating, great check-in process, nice house and outdoor seating.

The home was even nicer than I expected. It has been tastefully upgraded and furnished in a fitting style for Sonoma County. I appreciated the modern windows and duet shades. Entry was super simple. It is a perfect location for exploring West County. Graton is tiny, yet has 2 great restaurants options: Underwood for classic American cuisine or Wildwood for foodies. The hosts were great and I would 100% stay here again.

Great little spot to get away for a few days. 10 minutes to downtown Sebastopol, walkable to restaurants and market in Gratton, close to bike trails, etc.
Nice yard, and the house was as it appeared in the photos. Easy check-in and access instructions and parking. Would stay again.

We had a great time at Jordan and Jennifer’s please. Lots of places to relax in the yard. The house was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s a nice location north of Sebastopol, so it’s easy to go south to the Barlow or north to the vineyards. Strongly recommend spending an evening at Bowman Cellars and/or the Underwood right down the street!

Cozy stay. Our experience matched the listing and the reviews left by others. Newer appliances in the kitchen were a nice amenity and the location served us well for our planned activities.

This is a great location for a quiet get-away -- very peaceful amid orchards and vineyards. The town is lovely and it is walkable to a great restaurant. An added plus is the nearby butterfly garden/nature preserve. It is a great "jumping off" place for wine tours, a quick trip to the ocean, and shopping in nearby Sebastopol.
The house is a restored farmhouse that is very comfortable and well-suited for cooking and conversation. We had a brief issue with the AC, but the hosts were VERY responsive and had it solved asap.
Overall, this was a great find and we would certainly stay there again if in the area.

Jordan and Jennifer saved our family vacation! We had initially booked a weekend in Guerneville, but were physically unable to get to the house because of the flooding from the recent storm. They accepted our reservation within 15 minutes of us scurrying to find a place to take refuge, and it ended up being even better! Their house was cozy, clean, welcoming (we especially loved the big couch and fuzzy blankets), and very comfortable beds/bedding. We had a blast watching Sunday football out in the game room after breakfast in town. We would absolutely stay here again, and wake up to the vineyard views, and relaxing yard. Thank you so much!

We stayed here for one night with some friends and it was the perfect base for our trip. We visited local wineries and explored the local towns.

Good location in west Sonoma county. Quiet country location but...
Good location in west Sonoma county. Quiet country location but close to the town of Graton and nearby Forestville and Sebastopol. There is an elementary school across the street and parents do park outside the house but pick up/drop off is very low key in our experience. It was of no bother to us but noting for other visitors. There were some things that came up during our stay but the hosts were accommodating and fair.

A nice place in a nice area. Hosts are very responsive. The place was clean and the garden is fenced and awesome for kids and dogs. There was only one downside. Two days in to our stay the bath water started running brown and yellow. The host said they are in a well and there is a lot of iron in the water that might be getting past the filter. We chose not to bathe our kids the entire time after that because there was also a very strong smell of metal in the water and we were nervous of lead or other contaminants as there was evidence of corrosion on the bath plug as well. Other than that it is a nice place.

We loved our stay here, and it was the perfect getaway to a quiet retreat for the new year. Our poor dog Barnabas hates fireworks, so this was a wonderful, relaxing place to take him and enjoy while wandering around Sebastopol.

Such a gem! The house was spotless and had everything we could want and more. The decor and furnishings are top notch. The location is A++++. The roof top deck and views of the vineyard are amazing! Jennifer was so friendly, responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Check-in and out was very easy. We will definitely be back.

We had such a great experience at this Airbnb in Sebastopol. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless — you could tell the host takes real pride in keeping the place clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable, the linens were fresh, and every room felt like it had just been tidied up specifically for us.
Getting there was a breeze too. The directions were clear and accurate, parking was simple, and we didn't run into any of the usual confusion that can come with finding a rental. It was easy to settle in right away instead of wasting time figuring out logistics.
The space itself was incredibly comfortable — cozy without feeling cramped, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a home rather than just a place to crash. We slept well every night and genuinely didn't want to leave.
Sebastopol itself was a lovely home base too, with easy access to everything we wanted to explore in the area.

After a stressful experience with a previous host, my two friends and I had to leave that Airbnb immediately and look for a last-minute stay. Thankfully we found Jordan and Jennifer’s beautiful home. Their fast response and availability were such a relief. We arrived around 10 PM and were welcomed by a peaceful, beautifully maintained property with fruit trees, greenery, and a rooftop lounge overlooking a vineyard. The space was clean, well-decorated, and fully stocked, including a great work area with windows overlooking the backyard and game room. It was perfect for the three of us and my dog. Our only suggestion would be more exterior lighting-it was a bit hard to find at night, and motion lights would help, especially for walking pets. Still, this stay helped us decompress after a tough day, and we’re grateful. Would absolutely recommend!

The house is clean and well built, has an excellent kitchen and living room, a beautiful yard and proximity to many fun places to visit or eat or explore. J&J's place was exactly what we needed. Because of the bad weather we didn't get to grill, use the game room or rooftop deck, but we made the most of the beautiful home. It was close to our pig roast luncheon, so I confess I picked the spot based on location. But it met all our needs. 10/10

Everything was great—amazing location and beautiful landscape. The host was very responsive and helpful. The house itself was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate the five of us. There were a few small things that didn’t work or were missing, but nothing that disrupted our stay. I’d totally recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A wonderful place!

The high quality window blinds, Zwilling pots and pans and the 7 gen dish soap all points to the fact that they really took care of the place.
Also when we were there, the oven pilot light went out. The host came by and fixed it right away.
The vineyard next door has a beautiful view. There is a school next door which means playground for the kids but also some noise during school day mornings.

This historic home has been beautifully remodeled and the yard is large and very well maintained. The neighborhood is very nice and there are two neighbor farm stands nearby selling homebaked good and veggies/fruits/eggs.
If you are their in the spring and summer there is a butterfly farm you can go to right at the end of the street.
I think it is important to know that the house is across the street from an elementary school and people park in front of the house ever morning, unload their kids and walk across the street. Starting at 1:30 pm-5:30 this process repeats as people pick up their kids. You do hear kids happily playing on the playground throughout the day.
On the weekends it will be very quiet and peaceful.
It is a lovely place and I highly recommend it!

Beautiful home. Lovely setting. We used it as a half way meeting point to connect with family after the passing of a beloved family member. The home and setting provided us with a lovely healing place for us all to be together. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

The Greaton House was an excellent choice for a weekend away in west Sonoma county. Your very own slice of country paradise, the property has plenty of space for activities and surrounded by beauty. The house itself is very clean and well kept, the king bed was insanely comfortable. This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a country escape but still a few minute drive to downtown Sebastopol or a few minute walk to Graton Main Street.
