It was a great sized rental for our group
It was a great sized rental for our group, multiple places to sit around and hang out whether inside or outside. The hot tub was luxurious. Hosts were very responsive and helpful so we felt right at home. The area was charming with plenty of restaurants and thrift shops nearby. Would highly recommend!

Beautifully tucked away stay, close enough to downtown and the gorgeous nature this area has to offer. We truly enjoyed sleeping among the redwoods and relaxing here.
You can’t beat this location
You can’t beat this location. Quiet and serene with a 5 min walk to river access, which is a small neighborhood rocky beach – no crowds, which meant our little kids could roam a bit more. It is a quick drive to town – you can also walk this but some parts you have to be on the road. It’s quite manageable, we did it with two six year olds. House has the basic amenities you need, including kitchen items, plenty of linens and fans, a great washer and dryer, plus the hot tub was in excellent condition. The house needs a deep clean. There were cobwebs in the kitchen and living room plus quite a bit of mildew in the shower. The hosts said they would address the mildew so I think other guests would find this a good space to stay.

We had a fabulous time staying at Jordan and Jennifer's Airbnb. Some things we especially liked were: the great location, open concept floor plan, fireplace and hot tub. Also, the hosts we extremely responsive. We've stayed at several Airbnb's in Guerneville and this one is our favorite so far.

Hosts were extremely responsive and provided suggestions for what to visit in the area. Beautiful private house and yard set in redwood trees. Kitchen is very spacious with plenty of cookware included. Plenty of linens and blankets included. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The family room with the skylights was the best place in the house. All bedrooms have heaters and were nice and warm; the kitchen/family room/living room area was chilly in the mornings as we weren't sure how to use the wood stove. All and all a very nice place to stay.

We had a perfect stay at this cabin. The space was super comfortable, felt spacious and the jacuzzi was amazing! Jordan and Jennifer had the heater on to warm the cabin for our arrival which was really nice. the jacuzzi was also hot and ready to go when we arrived. It had everything we needed while we stayed.
The location is super close to town and such a beautiful drive to get there. Crossing the bridge gives you a great view of the river.
There ended up being 4 guests in my group when we visited. But there was plenty of space to accommodate more.
Jordan and Jennifer were fantastic hosts. Very responsive, welcoming and helpful.
All and all we had a great stay. I will most definitely be checking availability for this place when im visiting guerneville in the future. You truly cant go wrong with this one. Thank you Jordan and Jennifer for sharing your home with us!

I found Jordan and Jennifer’s cabin for a last minute birthday getaway with friends and it was perfect! The hot tub was a hit, the grill worked perfectly, and all the amenities made this an easy, fun weekend getaway. Also, the checking out process was so easy! Highly recommend this cabin, I know we’ll be back.

Note that while the property is just across the river from downtown Guerneville the road there is not really walkable so you have to drive the short distance into town.

Jordan and Jennifer were very responsive to any need we had, which there weren’t many of thanks to everything being so organized. The cabin was both cozy and spacious. The redwoods are so close. The town of guerneville is very friendly and cute. Can’t wait to come back.

Comfortable, cosy house with everything we needed for 3 days and nights with our adult family of 4. Fully functional kitchen, great living space and eating area, and functioning dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Close to a redwood park, Guerneville town and groceries, and lot's of beaches to explore all within a short drive. Quiet neighbourhood. We were there in the winter and did not spend time in th yard but we appreciated looking at the beautiful landscaping in the backyard.

This was a cozy and convivial stay for our group of friends over New Year's, even as it downpoured rain outside. There were a few aspects of the house that needed some attention and help from our hosts -- the hot tub wasn't working when we arrived and some kitchen basics were missing -- and Jennifer and Jordan were extremely responsive and helpful. The house was well stocked with everything else we needed. I wouldn't necessarily recommend staying here with more than 6 people, as it was tight to put people on the sofa bed, but it was a great place for us to have a fun and festive retreat in Guerneville.

Beautiful cabin in a beautiful city! The airbnb looked even better than the photos, and gave us room for great photo opportunities. There were all essentials one may need, and they made sure to give a large supply of necessities (women hygiene products, lots of sheets and blankets, cooking supplies)

I’ve stayed at many cabins In Guerneville and this is by far the best one I’ve ever stayed at! The cabin was perfectly dreamy with a wood-burning stove in the living room and a hot tub in the yard. It was also so well stocked with blankets, pillows, pots, board games, and even luxury items such a decanter for your wine! On top of that, Jordan and Jenn were incredibly responsive and communicative the whole time. Thanks for a perfect getaway to Guerneville 🤍

We had a great experience at this Airbnb. It was the perfect location for a girls weekend! It is a quick 5 minute drive to the Main Street or a reasonably priced uber to a winery. The house is cozy and even better than the pictures show.

What a great home, and only a few minutes walk from a great river access point. Walking downtown to dinner was also refreshing and a reasonable distance, resulting in a nice blend of access and peace. Perfect Russian River getaway!

Perfect location— walkable / bikeable to downtown and to a neighborhood beach. Hot tub was ready for a late night soak after a busy day exploring! This is an ideal accommodation for a bach party or a family stay. The only suggestion I have is for the host to provide a Brita filter; they stated the water is safe to drink, it just doesn’t taste good. We ended up purchasing water from the local Safeway. They provide most kitchen amenities to host a proper gathering, so that would complete the set up. If we were a group, I would stay here again!

Our friends loved this Airbnb! It was a beautiful cabin and was perfect for 6 people. We stayed for 2 nights and it had everything we needed. The hot tub was a nice addition to our stay and was ready to use when we got there. The Airbnb is located near the town and also a walkable distance to the river. We would love to come back and stay here again.

Beautiful home and yard. Well appointed kitchen with everything you'd need to cook a holiday meal even. Some basics like coffee and oatmeal were there, which we appreciated. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, nice soap on shower, even single wrapped toothbrushes and tiny toothpaste tubes. Very cute, like really small toothpastes. We all loved them immediately. Hosts were responsive and friendly when we had questions about the hot tub etc. Tub was great for a relaxing soak looking out on the beautiful back yard. Such a gorgeous area, we'd like to come back and stay longer. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet.

Very close to Guerneville downtown but still in a safe residential area. Spacious home with a cabin feeling. Hot tub was a hit and the host provided plenty of towels for the whole family to enjoy.
Kitchen was also well equipped. Overall great experience and very responsive hosts!
