The living room offers a warm, immediate welcome as you step inside. It’s a comfortable space where the gas fireplace becomes the natural center of the home, especially on those misty coastal evenings when you just want to settle in and get cozy. The kitchen has been thoughtfully renovated to make meal prep easy and efficient. It is a practical space perfectly suited for a slow coastal breakfast or a dinner made with fresh fish from the local docks and vibrant veggies from the nearby farm market. The layout is designed to be straightforward and user-friendly, flowing directly into the dining area so the cook is always part of the conversation. A small coffee and game area is tucked away nearby, keeping your morning essentials and evening entertainment within easy reach.

For rest, the primary bedroom is designed as a true sanctuary, anchored by a king bed and a quiet corner workstation for those who need to check in with the world before heading to the beach. This room is a self-contained escape with its own ensuite bathroom, which holds much of the cottage’s original charm. It features a classic clawfoot tub for soaking, a pedestal sink, and a unique porthole window that shines light through the house's historic frame. The second bedroom is located just off the dining area and is equally comfortable with a queen bed, making it a peaceful spot for guests. Nearby, the main bathroom serves double duty as a laundry room, offering the practical convenience of a washer and dryer in a bright, clean space.

The outdoor areas are perhaps the most used "rooms" of the house. The wraparound porch is the perfect vantage point for watching the village wake up with a cup of coffee, or catching the sunset over the water at the end of the day. Around the back, a separate deck offers a bit more privacy with outdoor couches and a BBQ, providing a sheltered spot to grill and relax among the succulents. Dog Policy:
- 1 dog max without prior host approval. No aggressive breeds or other types of pets allowed.
- Please keep dog off all furniture and beds.
- Dog must never be left unattended in the property.
- Always clean up after your pet, both inside and out.
- No excessive barking.
- Keep dog on leash when outside.
- A small pet fee is charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning; however, this fee is not meant to cover any damage caused by guests' dog.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM, in line with local ordinances.
