A dining area sits adjacent, perfect for sharing meals. From the living room, step out onto the main patio, an entertainer's delight. It’s fully equipped with an outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor fireplace for memorable evenings. A convenient full bathroom with a stand-alone shower is also located on this floor.

Head downstairs to find the primary bedroom, a private sanctuary featuring a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combo. Sliding glass doors open directly onto a second patio. Here, you'll find the hot tub and a seating area under an umbrella—the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the sun or stargaze at night as you take in the natural surroundings. For your convenience, laundry facilities are also located on this level.

Also located on the hillside is another resident living in a separate unit further up the hill. While your house and patios are completely private, you may occasionally see this neighbor walking along the shared access path that passes by the house.

Dog Policy:

The Serenity House is nestled atop the delightful and walkable community of Rio Nido, a unique Russian River hamlet known for its friendly blend of vacationers and longtime residents. The historic Rio Nido Roadhouse offers a seasonal public pool, food, and live music. The home’s location offers the perfect mix of seclusion and easy access to the best of Sonoma County.

On-site parking is available for 1 car. There is additional street parking that is first-come-first-served across from the house. While the Rio Nido community is very walkable, a car is recommended for exploring the wider area, including wineries, Armstrong Redwoods, and the Sonoma Coast. Downtown Guerneville, with its diverse shops and restaurants, is a quick 5-minute drive.
