Welcome to Dave’s Place, a beautifully appointed, private casita designed as a high-end desert sanctuary. Stepping through the front door, you are greeted by an open-concept great room that seamlessly combines a living room, a dining space, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen. This bright, welcoming main room features a smart TV and a premium convertible sofa, making it the perfect hub for relaxing and dining. Down the hall lies a charming, dedicated coffee nook—ideally placed for brewing your morning cup just steps outside the private master bedroom, which features a luxurious king-size bed.

Thoughtful amenities ensure a seamless, self-contained stay. The full bathroom is conveniently located off the main living spaces rather than ensuite, making it easily accessible for everyone. A dedicated laundry closet is also tucked away for your convenience. While large windows frame stunning desert views from almost every room, the front porch extends your living space outdoors, offering an ideal spot to fire up the BBQ grill, relax in the seating area, and take in the sweeping, desert horizon.

To maintain the condition of the home and for the comfort of future guests, we have a strict no-pet policy. Legally recognized service animals are the only exception. If you’re visiting with a service animal, please let us know before you arrive. Thank you for your understanding.

Despite its secluded feel, the property is only about 15 to 20 minutes from Surprise, where you'll find grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to White Tank Mountain Regional Park and Lake Pleasant.

Getting Around

Because of the rural location, a personal vehicle is highly recommended. The property is conveniently located near US-60, providing easy access to Surprise, Phoenix, and the surrounding area. There is ample parking available on-site for multiple vehicles, trucks, trailers, and RVs.
