Very private, quiet
Very private, quiet. Nice back deck, shady in the afternoon, fireplace after dark was fabulous. Temperature controls perfect. Lovely walk around the ten acres. Lots of wildlife, fun bird watching (owls, hawks, doves, woodpeckers, and LBJ’s).
BBQ was nice to have, easy to use. Kitchen well equipped. Right at the top of all rentals we have ever had. Really a quality home.

Jordan and Jennifer’s place was absolutely amazing
Jordan and Jennifer’s place was absolutely amazing. It was super quiet with beautiful scenery and nature surrounding. The kitchen was huge and easy to find tools and utensils.
The Japanese tea house was so serene. It was a great way to relax and ground yourself.
This home is a great way to get away from the busy city for a relaxing getaway to reset. I highly recommend this palace and we already have plans to come back again in the future.

Really loved this hidden gem! Spent ample time exploring the peaceful grounds and playing a lot of pickleball and basketball daily . Beds were VERY comfortable and house was well stocked with everything we needed for a week away in nature for our family of 5 – appreciated the extra thoughtfulness put into the kitchen- more than enough cookware and dishes, and kitchen supplies- ample oil, salts, seasonings, dish soap, paper towels etc . Tons of towels available in drawers, clean and well maintained laundry facilities. There were a few minor repair things which we have communicated to the hosts and maintenance addressed promptly. Our kids enjoyed nightly fires and roasting marshmallows and watching their favorite shows on the comfy couch / tv . I would say the only minor issue could be of you have multiple people that want to shower vs take tub baths- only master bathroom has a proper shower, but second bath has only hand shower in a tub . Responsive hosts, will be back!

This vast property is really something special
This vast property is really something special. Listening to the frogs in the pond at night, shooting around on the basketball court, exploring the trails through redwoods(!), checking out the Japanese tea house, and relaxing by the fire-pit one night and by the outdoor fireplace the next. Also, beautiful and cohesive artwork is meaningfully displayed throughout the house, and the study is full of amazing art books. This is the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. We left feeling recharged, and we can’t wait to go back.

We had the best stay for a girls reunion trip! The gardens and views from the porch are incredible and the big kitchen was perfect for making big group meals at the house. Was so fun to play pickleball and walk around the property. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home and furniture. Nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The property is lovely outside and has a tennis/pickleball/basketball court. Hosts were good communicators and everything during my stay went well. Already looking to come back!

This place was the perfect peaceful getaway
This place was the perfect peaceful getaway. The house is beautiful, spacious, and well-appointed. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook a gourmet meal and there are a ton of thoughtful touches in the house, from the welcome snacks to toiletries in case you forgot to pack some essentials. The living room is very spacious with beautiful windows that look out onto the well-tended grounds. We enjoyed exploring the walking trail around the property, and even though it is 5 minutes from the hamlet of Graton, it felt like we were miles away from civilization. We especially loved the Japanese tea house and took advantage of the soaking tub to enjoy both a late-night soak under the stars as well as a sunrise bath to start the day. The house itself is very peaceful, with lots of space to relax and read. Jordan and Jennifer were excellent hosts and very responsive. Would absolutely stay here again.
Really beautiful home
Really beautiful home!!! The outdoor space is stunning and expansive, and makes you not want to leave the property. From the oak trees to the fruit orchard to the Japanese tea house and dipping tub to the pickleball and tennis courts, there is SO much to enjoy. The indoor living room and kitchen area are open concept, light filled, and so inviting, so we spent all our time there. There were some small issues that came up with the TVs and AC, but the hosts were very quick to respond and even came over to resolve things. One thing to be aware of is that the second full bathroom is actually a bath tub with a handheld shower wand, but not a standing shower with a shower head and door/lining. So those of us that weren’t staying in the primary bedroom actually found it easier and more enjoyable to shower in the Japanese tea house with a view. It is truly a special space inside and outside, and we had a really memorable time. It’s well-located to access multiple different towns. Loved it!

Awesome place on a large and private property in a quiet location but not too far from town. The grounds are very well maintained with lots of trees and paths. We loved the tea house and bath, it’s such a nice feature. The house has everything you’d need with lots of equipment in the kitchen. There were extra towels, sheets, etc. and a laundry room. Really comfy place.
The hosts, Jordan and Jennifer, are also proactive and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay, the home was wonderful and had everything we needed. It was unfortunately raining most of the time, but we were still able to explore the beautiful grounds. It’s very peaceful and feels secluded, yet still close to town.

Beautiful grounds. Nice location in West Sonoma County. Enjoyed the home thoroughly, my only qualm was that none of the windows had screens so if you wanted fresh air you had to deal with mosquitoes getting inside.

Beautiful home, very private and peaceful. We loved the cold crispy morning but sunny. We are a family of four and we enjoyed so much the house and surroundings. We played pickle ball everyday and basketball too. Also there's one deer that always come and says hi to us close enough to the patio. We will be back.

This place was amazing
This place was amazing! We saw the photo of the teahouse and were sold on a last minute trip to Sebastopol and it was 100% worth it. Our family spent the weekend soaking in the ofuro tub, talking about how we could have such a tub in our lives, and relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. We saw quail and deer and ended our trip refreshed. When we needed to contact the hosts, they were friendly and helpful. Hope to stay again in the future.

We cannot wait to get back here! We stayed for a week, as a San Francisco getaway + opportunity to get to know this area better, and this home was absolutely magical.
The deck + yard + surrounding footpaths are gorgeous, meditative, and very conducive to delightful outdoor dinners...
prepared from this amazing kitchen, and followed up by the coolest bathtub experience I've ever had, in their separate wooden tub, featuring a view of the garden.
This place absolutely rocks, we feel so lucky we got to experience, and will be back soon!

Absolutely stunning and zen gem hidden in Sebastapol near many small towns, vineyards, and trails in Sonoma County. The Japanese tea house was a welcomed addition, especially post-hike. The house fit our party with 2 toddlers quite well and is much larger in person than the photos suggest. Would happily stay here again.

We had a beautiful stay at this property. The house was gorgeous and perfectly positioned on a serene 10 acre plot of land right beside a winery. the property was surrounded by vineyard orchards and the land itself was beautifully landscaped and maintained.
The house was super spacious and felt luxurious and grounding. We had everything we could need and more!

My husband booked this house as a little getaway for our family and there aren't enough words to express how much we loved this house! It's absolutely stunning! The house has everything that you could ask for and then some. We loved cooking in the kitchen, hanging out in the living room (very cozy!) and exploring the grounds. It's absolutely incredible! It's far enough away from the busyness of the city to feel like you are really out in the wilderness, but a quick 15 minute drive into downtown Sebastopol gets you to some yummy restaurants and coffee shops. We booked in the winter and just happened to arrive during a major storm, but it was actually fun to be cozied up in the house listening to the rain. I am sure the spring and summer is amazing! It was just my family of 3, so it was more than enough house for us. We will definitely be back and maybe bring the grandparents next time!
P.S. The bed in the primary suite was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!

If you are looking for a relaxing get away in the country, this is it. We enjoyed the outdoors and loved relaxing for games in the charming living room with a ton of light and views of the outdoors. It is quaint and loved the mid century vibes! The only down side is there is only one shower in the main house but was not a problem for us as we all were family staying there and didn't mind sharing the master shower.

Absolutely stunning and serene. Very peaceful and private. The Japanese soaking tub was a highlight. Would 100% book this house again. Also we discovered the cute little town Graton which is 5 minutes away. We enjoyed dining at The Underwood.

The kitchen was fully equipped and local produce is world class.
