Please note that this property is permitted for a maximum of 8 overnight guests and 16 total daytime visitors; children under 3 are not counted toward this limit. Additionally, to comply with our Sonoma County permit/license, we cannot host events, parties, or weddings. Violation of this rule is cause for immediate termination of the stay without a refund. We appreciate your understanding.
Pet Policy
We welcome up to two dogs without prior approval; please inquire if you have more. No aggressive dogs or other types of pets are allowed. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture or beds to ensure the home stays fresh for all guests. Dogs must never be left unattended on the property, either inside or out. Please clean up after your pet immediately, both inside and around the property. To respect our neighbors, please prevent excessive barking and keep dogs on a leash when outside the immediate home area. A pet fee is applied to your reservation to cover additional cleaning; this fee does not cover damages caused by pets.
