Guest FAQs

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 60 days before arrival. For cancellations between 30-59 days prior, a 50% refund applies.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Absolutely! All our properties are equipped with high-speed internet and Wi-Fi access.

Yes, visitors are welcome! For overnight stays, please ensure they are registered as guests in advance.

Our properties are not just family-friendly, they welcome children with open arms. We provide pack-n-plays/cribs for our littlest guests. While stair gates and plug covers aren’t provided, we encourage you to contact us before your arrival with any specific needs, and we’ll do our utmost to accommodate them.

Standard check-in is after 3:00 PM local time and check-out by 11:00 AM local time, unless specified otherwise.

We recommend purchasing trip insurance for unforeseen circumstances, including illness. For cancellations due to sickness, please refer to our cancellation policy.

Select properties are pet-friendly, accommodating up to two well-behaved dogs under 75 pounds. For other pets, including cats, prior host approval is required.

Smoking, including tobacco, marijuana, and vaping, is strictly prohibited inside all properties. Violation may incur a $250 additional cleaning fee. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available at certain locations.

Checking into our properties is a breeze with our keyless entry system. You’ll receive your check-in instructions and a door code the day before your arrival. For check-out, simply turn off all lights, appliances, and heating/AC, lock up, and ensure all trash, fridge items, and personal belongings are cleared out. The most helpful thing you can do is inform us once you have departed.

While our properties generally do not allow events, we understand the importance of celebrating special moments. Small gatherings, such as birthday parties or graduations, are welcome with prior notification. Please inform us about the nature of your event and the number of guests expected, so we can ensure everything runs smoothly.

Every one of our properties offers convenient, complimentary on-site parking. We advise checking the specific property details for any unique parking rules or information to ensure a hassle-free arrival.

Our kitchens are well-equipped with commonly used gadgets and amenities. If you have specific needs, please inquire in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Please report any maintenance issues immediately. We strive to keep our properties well-maintained, but prompt reporting helps us address issues swiftly.

Local regulations may vary, but typically, you don’t need to live near your rental if a local property manager is present. We ensure compliance with all local requirements, including providing a local manager if necessary.
