LOCKING & SECURITY
Entrance Door: The code is the last 4 digits of your phone number. Remember
to lock by pressing the top button and rotating the deadbolt.
French Doors Upstairs: Keep the master bedroom door closed. For the kitchen door,
once the door is locked, lift the handle to lock.
Security Cameras: Please note there is one Nest outdoor camera both facing outwards
from the property for security: one at the main entrance and another at the top of the
stairs of the deck.
PARKING
2 Cars can fit in the driveway and you can also park cars along the street. Do not park
inside the adjacent open area – that is another property. Garage is temporarily
inaccessible.
CHECK OUT PROCEDURE:
Checkout time is 11 :00 unless prior arrangements have been made.
We keep our checkout procedures simple and encourage you to leave the cleaning to
our cleaning crew. We ask that you do the following:
• Clear everything out: Take out personal items, trash, and food from the refrigerator.
• Turn everything off: Turn off tv, lights, appliances.
• Lock everything up: Make sure the casita is locked, the pool and hot-tub are covered and the front door is locked.
• Lastly, and most important, let us know when you’ve departed.
For issues during your stay that are not covered by this Guide, don’t
hesitate to call or text us at (707) 820-7771.
INDOOR HEATING (NO AC)
Fireplace: It can get very hot so please be careful when handling and don’t touch the fan. You can use one Duraflame per day. If you use firewood, please replace.
Heater: There is a Nest Thermostat near the entrance. Please return to 60 degrees when you leave.
ENTERTAINMENT
TVS: There are 2 TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime. For live TV, you can access Youtube TV.
Portable Speaker: There’s a portable Bose on the living room shelf. If you take out, please remember to return to charge it.
Games: There are board games and puzzles in the rec room. There’s some outdoor games in the shed as well.
Cushion & Game Storage: There are cushions, games, and golf clubs in the shed. The code is 1225. Please remember to return items and lock the shed.
Heatlamp: To use the heat lamp, take off the cover and turn on the propane tank. Then push and turn knobs to allow propane to go through and press ignition. Remember to turn OFF both knob AND propane tank after usage.
BBQ: Feel free to use the BBQ, but clean after using.
PETS
If you do bring your pet, please make sure that you clean up after them and also if they shed to make sure to not put them on the couch or bedding. There is a water and food bowl in the kitchen.
CLEANING
Washer & Dryer: You’ll find a washer and dryer located in the recreation room, along with supplies stored beneath the sink.
Shoes: We kindly request that you refrain from wearing shoes indoors whenever possible. We will make arrangements to provide slippers for our guests.
RIVER & BEACH ACCESS
Please note there is no river access you need to drive to the beach 5 min away.
