Tastefully decorated with a modern boho aesthetic, this 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed for relaxation and comfort. The main level is bright and open, with an inviting living room that features plenty of seating, a TV for movie nights, and a clever queen-sized Murphy bed that easily folds down for extra guests.
The adorable, well-appointed kitchen is a cook’s delight, complete with a propane stove, a full-size refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a classic farmhouse sink—all with an amazing canyon view. A dining area sits adjacent, perfect for sharing meals. From the living room, step out onto the main patio, an entertainer’s delight. It’s fully equipped with an outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor fireplace for memorable evenings. A convenient full bathroom with a stand-alone shower is also located on this floor.
Head downstairs to find the primary bedroom, a private sanctuary featuring a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combo. Sliding glass doors open directly onto a second patio. Here, you’ll find the hot tub and a seating area under an umbrella—the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the sun or stargaze at night as you take in the natural surroundings. For your convenience, laundry facilities are also located on this level.
On-site parking is available for 1 car. There is additional street parking that is first-come-first-served across from the house. While the Rio Nido community is very walkable, a car is recommended for exploring the wider area, including wineries, Armstrong Redwoods, and the Sonoma Coast. Downtown Guerneville, with its diverse shops and restaurants, is a quick 5-minute drive.
