Summary
Rising from the history of the 2017 Tubbs Fire, The Renaissance is a masterclass in modern, fire-resistant design and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Situated on a gentle hillside on Riebli Road, this home offers an intimate, bucolic connection to Sonoma County’s rolling vineyards. Whether you are here for a rigorous cycling century or a meditative weekend of local Pinot and bocce, this is where the spirit of Wine Country feels most restorative.
The Home
The heart of the home is the expansive Great Room, defined by two walls of floor-to-ceiling glass that dissolve the boundary between the interior and the stunning hillside. The kitchen is a culinary dream featuring a massive 10’ x 4’ island and professional-grade appliances. Adjacent to the ten-foot dining table is the inviting living area, which features comfortable seating perfectly positioned next to the sliding glass doors to drink in the vineyard views. This space is warm and personal, adorned with original art and a curated library for your quiet afternoons.
Every guest enjoys the luxury of an ensuite bathroom across three distinct bedrooms. The Sunrise Room is a sun-drenched space featuring a queen bed, a dedicated writing desk, and 9-foot sliding glass doors leading directly to the deck. On the opposite side of the home is a private queen suite with its own deck access and peaceful garden views. For those who value rest above all else, the Snooze Suite is a quiet sanctuary tucked away from the main living areas, outfitted with a king-sized bed and designed for total privacy.
An additional sleeping space is located on the second level, featuring a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom, offering a comfortable and private option for extra guests.
The 1.3-acre property is a permaculturist’s delight and a testament to the resilience of nature. The landscape features two primary deck areas suited for any time of day, including a patio with a soothing hot tub and lounge seating, and a second deck with a gas BBQ for easy alfresco dining. You can host your own tournament on the bocce ball court or horseshoe throw, or enjoy games on the lawn surrounded by mature fruit trees and pollinator-friendly gardens. While the architectural Yurt sitting atop the property is currently being renovated and not available for guest use, its striking form remains a focal point of the landscape’s ongoing renaissance.
For a seamless stay, the home includes air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a spacious garage with a washer and dryer available for guest use.
Whether you're sipping a glass of local wine on the deck or watching the night sky settle over the hills, your time at Riebli Renaissance is meant to feel easy, quiet, and restorative, like a true reset in the heart of Wine Country.
