How Does It Work?

As part of our vacation rental property management service, we provide additional optional services to the homeowner, in addition to guest offerings for their property bookings. We assume specified obligations and responsibilities as host during the contracted guest rental stay, which includes responsibility to return your home to its pre-guest stay condition.
  • $25,000- Contents Damage Protection ($0 Deductible,
  • $25 minimum claim, $5,000 any one item)
  • $1,000,000 – Real Property Protection ($2,500 deductible)
  • $1,000,000- Host Liability Protection ($2,500 deductible)
  • $15,000 – Bed Bug Coverage ($100 deductible)

Whats Protected?

  • Guest-caused property damage, including water overflow, damage due to guest accidents, negligence, kitchen fires and more.
  • Guest-caused damage to homeowner’s to-the-studs contents, including personal property, such as furniture, lamps, appliances, dishes and wares, etc.
  • Legal demands and lawsuits arising from guest injuries that occur at your rental unit during a stay with us.
  • Lost income and specified damage caused by bedbug infestation.

Whats Protected?

There is no obligation of us for any contracted homeowner for the following:
  • Normal wear and tear, such as faded paint or slightly worn carpet from walking.
  • Damage due to inclement weather.
  • Guest injury not resulting from host/homeowner liability.
  • Damage or injury that occurs outside of our contracted rental period.
  • Property not part of the rental unit.
  • Incidents not occurring in or arising from the rental unit premises.
It is common for guests to pay a modest damage waiver fee per night, based on property size, covering accidental damage up to a specified amount. To utilize this coverage, guests must adhere to terms and conditions, which exclude damage from smoking, pets, or criminal activity, as well as unreported damages at check-out. This policy promotes accountability and enables us to promptly address accidental damage. We provide coverage up to the specified amount under the paid damage waiver, regardless of compliance with terms.
