House rules

We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To ensure the safety, cleanliness, and respect of the property and its surroundings, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following house rules during your stay:

NO SMOKING

Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco products is strictly prohibited inside the house and on the property unless otherwise noted in the house manual. If smoking is permitted, it is allowed only in designated outdoor areas as specified in the house manual.

NO PARTIES OR UNAPPROVED GUESTS

• Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed.
• Amplified music is prohibited.
• Only registered guests listed on the booking are allowed on the property. Additional visitors require prior written approval from the host.

REMOVE SHOES

Please remove your shoes when entering the home to help keep the property clean and well-maintained.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 9:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M., as required by city/county ordinance. During this time:

• Minimize noise levels, particularly in outdoor areas.
• Keep music and other activities at a respectful volume to avoid disturbing neighbors.

APPLIANCES AND ENERGY USE

• Turn Off Appliances: For safety, please turn off all appliances (e.g., washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, oven, stovetop) before leaving the property.
• Conserve Energy: Turn off lights, heating, and air conditioning when not in use.

DAMAGES AND LIABILITY

• Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required due to their stay.
• Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest.
• Please report any damage or issues immediately to the host.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• No Fireworks or Outdoor Fires: Fireworks, open flames (e.g., candles), and outdoor fires of any kind (e.g., fire pits, bonfires) are not permitted on the property. This policy is in place due to county ordinances and the risk of wildfires.
• Respect for Neighbors: Be mindful of shared property lines and respect the privacy of neighbors.

By booking this property, you agree to adhere to these house rules. Failure to follow the rules may result in additional charges, immediate eviction without refund, or both.
